AWI-OEL funds a Quality Initiative which is designed to establish and enrich a unified approach and specific strategies to promote systemic change in the quality of early care and education services offered to Florida's young children and their families. This Quality Initiative offers trainings through Training & Technical Assistance Services (T/TAS) with the support of Western Kentucky University.
